"CSI:Miami" star David Caruso has been sued by his ex-girlfriend and the mother of his two children for fraud, breach of their settlement agreement and emotional distress.Liza Marquez - whom the 53-year-old actor shares son Marquez Anthony (born September 15, 2005) and daughter Paloma Raquel (born October 16, 2007) with - claims in the lawsuit she filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday that Caruso reneged on his promise to provide for her.
