CBS' new murder mystery "Harper's Island" has a large cast ... and it needs it, because each week for the 13-week run of the show at least one person gets murdered! The mystery begins when Henry Dunn (Christopher Gorham), and his fiancée, Trish Wellington (Katie Cassidy), take a group of friends and family to Harper's Island for their wedding celebration. "Henry feels this is going to be the best day of his life," Christopher says. But he soon learns otherwise. The island has had a murder spree in its past, leaving six dead. And while the murderer was caught, the trauma of it sent Abby (Elaine Cassidy), who lost her mother, off the island until the story opens. Abby is Henry's best friend, so she bites the bullet and returns for the first time for the wedding. "As soon as we find out one person is dead, we are going to be running and screaming and freaking out all over the place," says Katie, whose real-life dad is David Cassidy. "Harper's Island" premieres tonight on CBS at 10 p.m., but the killer won't be revealed until the July 2 finale. "They won't tell us who is going to die, or when they are going to die," Christopher adds. "They won't tell us who the killer is. It could be anybody!" Britney Spears tells fans she's sorry for walking off the stage during a concert last night in Vancouver. A statement posted on the pop star's Web site explains why she had to delay the concert shortly after it began. "We want to apologize to all the fans who attended our Vancouver show tonight for the brief pause in Britney's set. Crew members above the stage became ill due to a ventilation issue." Britney, currently in the middle of her latest "Circus" world tour, appeared on the circus-themed stage in front of excited fans at Vancouver's GM Place around 8:17 p.m., according to the Vancouver Sun. But after performing a couple of songs she suddenly vanished, "leaving a chanting, swaying crowd calling for her return." She reappeared about 30 minutes later and finished the concert. The delay was explained to fans as occurring due to heavy smoke in the arena. A voice announced to the crowd, "The building is awfully smoky. It is uncomfortable for everyone on stage, including Ms. Spears. Please extinguish all cigarettes - this is a non-smoking building, and the show will resume when the smoke on the stage is cleared," the Vancouver Sun said.

Melissa, who plays Dena on "Samantha Who?," is proof that you don't have to be a size zero to work in Hollywood. That said, it doesn't mean that she doesn't want to be healthy. "There is a lot of pressure to compete," she tells "The Insider." You want people to be healthy. Too thin is too scary. I am always trying to be healthy." Back in her New York days, Melissa says she was a size six and she was still told that she would never work because of her weight. She never got discouraged. And now she has been a series regular on both "Gilmore Girls" and "Samantha Who?" On May 5, 2007, she gave birth to a daughter, Vivian Falcone, who she says "changed everything." But with a bad back and spinal damange, Melissa tells "The Insider" that she couldn't stay alone with her daughter because she was afraid that if she had a spasm, she couldn't care for the baby. So, for the past year, she has been working with Swedish trainer Viveca Jensen, who teaches Piloxing, a creative mix between Pilates and boxing, using weighted gloves, geared towards women. Viveca told Melissa that she couldn't fix her back, but she could make all her muscles stronger, which would help. A side bonus is Melissa has shed 30 pounds. "I think Piloxing and doing Pilates with Viveca has changed my life," Melissa says. "I have never felt better. I still want to lose weight, but I feel strong in my body. Piloxing is the craziest, strangely delightful thing I have done." "Samantha Who?" airs tonight at 8:30 p.m. on ABC.
