Heather Locklear has been arrested and released by police in Santa Barbara County, People magazine reports. The 47-year-old actress was arrested and held Saturday night, People quotes the California Highway Patrol as saying. No details on charges were available and Locklear was released from custody on Sunday, according to People. Locklear left a treatment facility in Arizona in July after receiving four weeks of treatment for anxiety and depression.
