Broadway and Hollywood legend Carol Channing has been forced to scrap her Carol Channing & FRIENDS concert in San Francisco on Thursday (25Sep08) after fracturing her hip in a fall at her home.The actress/comedienne was scheduled to hit the stage at the Herbst Theatre for the show, which was to launch the Hello Carol exhibition
