Singer George Michael has been cautioned by British police after being arrested outside London in a public toilet for alleged drug possession, the BBC reports. "A 45-year-old man was arrested on 19 September on suspicion of possession of drugs in the Hampstead Heath area," the BBC quotes a Metropolitan Police spokesman as saying. It is typical in the UK for police not to initially name suspects arrested. The rocker was taken to a police station and given the caution for possessing class A and class C drugs, the British broadcaster said.   Michael, who has sold more than 85 million records with hits like "Careless Whisper" and "Faith," ended a seven-week, 22 city North American tour earlier this year. Former Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and celebrity disc jockey DJ AM are expected to make a full recovery following the Learjet crash in South Carolina that critically injured both men and killed four others.  Dr. Fred Mullins, medical director of the Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Augusta, Georgia, said the two are being treated for second- and third-degree burns but had no other injuries and should therefore make "a full recovery." "Anybody who can survive a plane crash is pretty lucky," Mullins told reporters during a press conference on Sunday morning. Barker's ex Shanna Moakler rushed to his side following the Learjet crash in South Carolina that critically injured Barker and DJ AM, as well as killed four others, People magazine reports. Barker's former mother-in-law, Gail Moakler, tells People, "We're totally crushed," but Shanna rushed to be with Barker after learning of the crash on Saturday morning. Moakler, whose daughter Shanna was married to Barker from 2004 until earlier this year, said, "Our heart pours out. We're hoping he recovers. The family is rallying around him and saying our prayers." Shanna, 33, a former Playboy Playmate, has a daughter and a son with Barker. Barker, 32, and 35-year-old DJ AM, whose real name is Adam Goldstein, remain in critical but stable condition at Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Augusta, Georgia. In their personal blogs, Lindsay Lohan and best pal Samantha Ronson offered words of support for their friends. In a MySpace blog entry with the heading "horrible news," Lohan says: "Please send your prayers out to Adam Goldstein and Travis Barker - along with the others lost in the plane crash. It's so scary to think that life can end so fast...we must all treasure each and every moment - and be thankful for what we have." A spokesperson for the National Transportation Safety Board said the plane, carrying six people, was departing Columbia Metropolitan Airport shortly before midnight Friday when air traffic controllers reporting seeing sparks. The plane overran the runway and crashed through antennas and a fence before coming to rest a quarter-mile away and engulfing in flames.

Just in: "The Insider" has new details about the Learjet crash in South Carolina that critically injured Travis Barker and DJ AM, as well as killed four others aboard. A spokesperson for the National Transportation Safety Board tells us: "At 11:53 p.m. [Friday] night, a Learjet 60 departed Runway 11 at Columbia Metropolitan Airport. It overran the runway, went through a grassy area, hit runway lights, an antenna array, went through a perimeter fence, crossed a road and impacted [the shoulder of the road]. "There was a significant post-crash fire. The flight recorders will be extracted and are getting back to Washington, D.C., today where they will start to read and work on them. They do not know when the findings will be released. The NTSB does not give probably cause on the scene, they only gather the facts." An FAA spokeswoman tells us that "controllers observed sparks from the aircraft on takeoff roll, but they couldn't tell where the sparks were coming from. The plane went off the end of the runway and crashed onto State Road 302. There was communication between the flight and air traffic controllers." Barker and Goldstein are being treated at Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Augusta, Georgia, where a hospital spokesperson tells "The Insider": "There has been no change since this morning. Both are in critical condition, both are in stable condition." The hospital says a press conference will be held Sunday morning. Local TV station WIS 10 in Columbia, South Carolina, says that the Lexington County coroner has identified the four individuals killed in the crash: pilot Sarah Lemmon, 31, co-pilot James Bland, 52, and passengers Chris Baker, 29, and Charles Still, 25. On Friday night, hours before the crash, Barker and DJ-AM performed together as TRVSDJ-AM at a free concert near the University of South Carolina, says the Associated Press. Barker has drummed for Blink 182, and he starred on an MTV reality series, "Meet the Barkers," with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler. Goldstein was once engaged to Nicole Richie and reportedly dated Mandy Moore.
