'Punisher' and 'The Mist' star Thomas Jane pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor DUI count on Tuesday. Patricia Arquette's husband received a year of probation, $1,700 in fines and must undergo "alcohol abuse classes," says the Associated Press. The judge dismissed two additional alcohol and drug charges and two speeding tickets. Jane, 39, was arrested this March after being pulled over for speeding on California's I-5 highway. He was traveling at 120 mph, says the AP.
