Gary Coleman has been formally charged with misdemeanor reckless driving and disorderly conduct following an altercation with a fellow patron at a bowling alley.24-year-old Colt Ruston claims the former "Diff'rent Strokes" actor run him down with his truck as it was backing out of an alley around midnight after a confrontation at the Payson Bowling Alley in Utah 10 days ago.
