Russell Brand has reportedly split from his girlfriend. The 33-year-old British comedian had been dating actress Teresa Palmer 22, since June but was seen flirting with a journalist at Los Angeles' Four Seasons Hotel - where he was promoting his new film "Bedtime Stories" - Thursday, telling her he was "footloose and fancy free."

A source said: "He gave him number to one pretty journalist with, 'Why Not?' written underneath. He told them all he felt footloose and fancy free."
