Jennifer Lopez just can't make it work. Heidi Klum revealed that the superstar will not be able to perform as guest judge on the "Project Runway" season finale, Ok! reports. "Jennifer Lopez was going to be our guest judge, [but she] cancelled yesterday due to a foot injury," Heidi told the crowd at Bryant Park as the finalists' show got underway. "A great five years at Bravo comes to an end today, thank you so much, you did a beautiful job putting the show on the network," the Emmy-nominated host added. Next season, the show moves to Lifetime. In lieu of J.Lo, the special guest judge will be none other than the show's mentor, fashion guru Tim Gunn. "I'm happy to fill in last minute and will be impartial and unbiased to the designers," he said.

Against his church’s wishes, the Boston priest who stalked talk-show host Conan O’Brien has checked himself out of a treatment center. The New York Daily News reports that Rev. David Ajemian had been at the facility since pleading guilty in the matter back in April. The 48-year-old confessed to sending O’Brien many packages and letters, and even referring to himself as the comic’s “most dangerous fan,” says the paper. Ajemian, who was ordered to stay at the facility by his church, was suspended from the priesthood for disobeying the order of Cardinal Sean O’Malley. “Our understanding is that he plans initially to return to Massachusetts to the care of his family,” the archdiocese said in a statement to the paper. Leaving the treatment center does not violate Ajemian’s legal restrictions, which only ban him from contacting O’Brien.

Just Breaking, "The Insider" has confirmed Kanye West has been released by the LAPD. The rap star has posted $20,000 bail. We've also learned he has a date in court, October 2nd. "The Insider" has also obtained Kanye's booking sheet following his arrest at LAX this morning. Kanye was held on a felony vandalism charge. "The Insider" has confirmed that Kanye and a member of his entourage were arrested at LAX at 7:51am on charges of vandalism. Initial reports indicate it involves a paparazzi and his video camera that is reportedly worth more than $10,000. In addition to vandalism, the member of Kanye's entourage was arrested on charges of battery. The Associated Press now reports that the entourage member was, in fact, his bodyguard and that the incident happened before Kanye and his manager cleared security at the airport.
