Pop star Janet Jackson has had a tough time trying to keep her "Rock Witchu" tour going this fall what with health problems and all, and now she's had the bad news that her opening act, LL Cool J., is dropping out on her.The rapper's publicity firm said Monday that that the reason was due to unnamed scheduling conflicts.
