Lawyers for Diana Bianchi, the former lover of Christie Brinkley's ex-husband Peter Cook are now responding to today's New York Post article stating that they supposedly broke a confidentiality agreement that has now cost Bianchi a third of her $300,000 settlement that was reached in 2007.   According to the Post, Cook's lawyer Kathleen McKenna, states that the settlement addresses the alleged sex tape that made headlines earlier this month and protects Cook from any criminal charges that relate to it, therefore, Bianchi's lawyer Joseph Tacopina's threats of prosecution violate terms of that deal. McKenna also states that the settlement forbids Bianchi's lawyers from disparaging Cook and accuses Bianchi's other lawyer, Rosemarie Arnold, of doing so when she supposedly called him a "wolf" after his interview with Barbara Walters. "The story in the New York Post is the biggest bunch of hogwash we have seen yet in this case," Bianchi's attorney Rosemarie Arnold tells ET. "We advised the Post that their story had no basis in fact before it was printed. We will not and never have ed on any agreement between Peter Cook and Diana Bianchi. I can assure you that neither Joseph Tacopina nor I entered into any agreement with Peter Cook whereby we agreed not to disparage him. That not withstanding, we did not disparage him."

Police say they have called off the Amber Alert issued for Jennifer Hudson’s missing nephew, Julian King. Early this morning, Chicago police located the suspect’s white SUV. The body of a young boy was discovered inside. Illinois State Police Lt. Luis Gutierrez confirms that the Amber Alert has been cancelled for the vehicle and for Julian. They are no longer looking for the car or the missing child. In the police database the child is still listed as missing until someone identifies the body. During a press conference this morning, police said they received a call about a suspicious automobile and confirmed it was the vehicle identified in the Amber Alert issued Friday after the seven-year-old's disappearance. Previously, Chicago police spokeswoman Monique Bond was quoted as saying that authorities consider Julian’s stepfather, William Balfour, a "person of interest" in the case but he has not been charged. On Sunday, Balfour was transferred to the Illinois Department of Corrections "based on his active parole violation unrelated to this investigation."
