Former "The Biggest Loser" host Caroline Rhea has given birth to a girl. The actress and her longtime boyfriend, Costaki Economopoulos, welcome their first child on Monday.Named Ava Rhea Economopoulos, the couple's daughter weighs 8 lb., 15 oz., and measures 22 ˝, as per People magazine.
