"The Insider"'s special correspondent Kris Jenner was backstage at Tuesday night's "Dancing With The Stars," where she asked the celebs all about tonight's shocking Toni Braxton elimination!   "I think with Toni, sometimes the fans out there think that you're safe and they don't vote for you because you're in the middle of the pack, and I think that's what happened to her," celeb dancer Lance Bass tells Kris.
