Actress Diane Keaton initially passed up the chance to own her dream home because it needed too much of an overhaul.Keaton actually bought the famous Ralph Flewelling Roxbury Drive mansion when it was first placed on the market in 2000, but backed out because the job of renovating the 80-year-old property was too great.She says,
