Peter and Christie's divorce became final in July, amid accusations that he spent thousands of dollars a month on internet pornography and had an affair with a then 18-year-old Bianchi. The young woman's attorney, Rosemarie Arnold, tells ET exclusively: "Diana was in a relationship with Peter Cook It does not surprise her that there are photos of her in his possession. However, she was unaware that he was videotaping their sexual encounters. In my opinion, Peter Cook is a wolf. He went on Barbara Walters in a tie and claimed he was a lamb. But you can put a tie on a wolf, he’s still a wolf. We are weighing our legal options concerning this matter." Meanwhile, Christie's lawyer says "Nothing about Peter Cook behavior shocks us. We don't know anything about this tape. We never saw it and we never heard about it. Christie's concern is for the sake of her children and she hopes this video is kept private."

"The Insider" has the latest... "The Insider" confirms that "Desperate Housewives" actor Gale Harold, who plays Teri Hatcher love interest on the hit ABC show, was injured in a motorcycle accident on Tuesday. Harold's rep tells "The Insider" that he fractured his shoulder and is under observation, while a hospital spokesperson tells "The Insider" that the actor is currently "in critical but stable condition." No one else was injured in the accident. A rep for "Desperate Housewives" told "The Insider" Wednesday, "Gale is part of the 'Desperate Housewives' family and our thoughts and wishes are with him for a speedy recovery."

David Duchovny and his wife Tea Leoni revealed Wednesday in a statement to "The Insider" that they've been separated for a while.   The statement reads: "In light of continuous speculation over the lives and marriage of Tea Leoni and David Duchovny, the couple has confirmed that they have in fact been separated for several months. "The couple had hoped to keep this separation private for the sake of their [two] children." Duchovny and Leoni have been married for eleven years. Earlier this month, "The Insider" confirmed that the "Californication" star had checked out of a rehabilitation center for sex addiction.

"The Insider" confirms the news that actor Ryan O'Neal and his son Redmond have both been charged with felony drug possession, but a source tells "The Insider" that Ryan is innocent.   The father and son were arrested on September 17 after drugs were allegedly found at the family's Malibu home. A source tells "The Insider" that any drugs allegedly found at Ryan's home could not possibly be Ryan's because the 67-year-old actor is taking prescription medication for his leukemia which, due to the possibility of harmful interactions, prohibit him from taking illegal drugs. The Los Angeles County District Attorney's office tells "The Insider" that Ryan has been charged with one felony count of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, while Redmond is charged with the same (felony meth possession) and also two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one misdemeanor count of illegal possession of pepper spray. The pair will be arraigned on November 13 in Malibu.
