Gemma Arterton struggled to breathe when she was covered in oil for new movie "Quantum of Solace."The 22-year-old actress - who plays Agent Fields in the latest James Bond film - says the scene, which sees her character drowned in thick black liquid, was extremely uncomfortable to shoot.
