Natalie Cole is back home and taking it easy after being laid up in the hospital for a few weeks while battling Hepatitis C.

The 58-year-old daughter of the late Nat King Cole was forced to cancel her fall tour dates after checking into a New York Hospital last month and being put on dialysis. "She is back at home and she seems to be doing pretty well," her spokesperson said. "The Hepatitis C is pretty much under control."
