Australian actor Anthony LaPaglia was reportedly injured on-set of his latest movie BALIBO after a stunt went badly wrong.The Without A Trace star was hurt after an explosive device discharged into his arm during a scene in which LaPaglia’s character is shot.The device, which creates an authentic gun-shot sound, exploded into LaPaglia’s arm instead of
