Music’s biggest stars were out Sunday night in Hollywood where “The Insider”’s Steven “Cojo” Cojocaru gives birthday girl Miley Cyrus a special sweet sixteen present, and he speaks to Richie Sambora about ex-wife Heather Locklear’s recent DUI charge.   “Heather’s doing very well, thanks for asking,” Richie tells us. “She’s in good shape -- everything’s really, really good.” Cojo also spoke with the Jonas Brothers and found out how the teen sensations stay grounded and focused amid all of their success. “I think it’s our parents,” Nick Jonas admits. “You know, we try our best to stay humble and keep grounded.” The AMAs boasted an A-list cast of performers and presenters.
