Gillian Anderson is planning to move back to America. The "X-Files" actress has been based in London with partner Mark Griffiths and their children - one-month-old Felix, two-year-old Oscar and 14-year-old Piper, Gillian's daughter from her marriage to Clyde Klotz - but is now considering returning to her homeland following Barack Obama's election as U.S. President.

A source close to the 40-year-old star revealed to Britain's Daily Express newspaper: "Gillian has enjoyed living in London in recent years but made it clear she'd consider moving back to the U.S. if Obama won."
