The annual list is in for the 10 most fascinating people of the year as decided by award-winning journalist Barbara Walters. So who else made the top 10? Writer, comedian, and Sarah Palin impersonator Tina Fey has secured a spot, as did big-screen leading men Will Smith, and Tom Cruise. Other celebs that intrigue "The View" co-host include tween queen Miley Cyrus, Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps, and radio host and political ator Rush Limbaugh.
