Singer/songwriter JUDY COLLINS is to be honoured with the Foundation Champion prize at December’s (10Dec08) ASCAP Foundation Awards.The Chelsea Morning singer will be handed the accolade for "music in the service of humanity".The honour is the second bestowed on Collins in recent months - Chrissie Hynde, Joan Baez and Dolly Parton are among the stars
