David Duchovny and Tea Leoni have sparked rumors they have reunited after they were spotted "holding hands."The estranged married couple - who announced their separation in October, following David's trip to rehab to seek treatment for his sex addiction - took their two children, nine-year-old Madelaine and six-year-old Kyd trick-or-treating for Halloween in New York on Friday.
