An inquest into the death of Anna Nicole Smith's son, Daniel Smith, revealed today that Daniel may have stolen some of Anna Nicole methadone.

Larry Birkhead, Smith's former boyfriend, testified at the inquest in the Bahamas that he and Smith had reviewed surveillance tapes at Anna's house back in April 2006 after some of her methadone went missing. According to TMZ, he testified that Daniel and some of his friends stole the drug.
According to TMZ, actor Thomas Jane, star of the movie "The Punisher" and husband to actress Patricia Arquette was arrested on Monday morning and charged with driving under the influence.

Jane was pulled over at around 3 a.m. in a late-model Maserati for speeding on I-5 in Kern County, California when he was arrested. TMZ also reported that Jane failed to pass a series of sobriety tests which included a breathalyzer.
