Celebrities are always complaining about paparazzi following their every move, and that living in the pubic eye is harder that you think. And then James McAvoy comes along and puts things in perspective. The 29 year old caught our eyes most recently in his role opposite Keira Knightly in Atonement.

McAvoy's lifestyle might surprise you. And make you love him that much more. Instead of pulling up to Villa every other night in his Maserati, James shares a ten-year-old Nissan Micra with his wife. As for their living arrangement, the couple lives in a very modest apartment building.

The Daily Mail seems to think this low-key lifestyle James leads is to keep the attention off of his dysfunctional family. When James won his BAFTA award, he thanked his mother, his grandparents, and his wife. No mention of dad and brother.
