Luke Perry has ruled out starring in the 'Beverly Hills 90210' spin-off.The 42-year-old actor - who starred as Dylan McKay in the hit TV show from 1990 to 2000 - has no intention of joining former castmates Tori Spelling and Jennie Garth in the new series.
