Katie Couric charm with the audience seems to be slipping, and now she is in trouble with the tax man. Couric is an anchor of the "CBS Evening News."Couric apparently owes $210.41 from an unpaid bill in 2003, and the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance has issued a warrant for Couric.
