Amy Winehouse remains in the hospital to receive more tests after she fainted at home Monday and was rushed to a clinic by her father, Reuters reports.  A spokesman for Winehouse, 24, was quoted as saying she would remain hospitalized "for the time being" because medical tests have so far been inconclusive.  The Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter is expected to still perform as scheduled at a Nelson Mandela birthday concert in London on June 27, Reuters said.  The British artist has publicly battled drug problems and entered a rehabilitation clinic in January.

Martha Stewart tells "The Insider" that while her good friend Paul Newman looked a little thinner, he was doing "fine" when she recently saw him at a charity event.   "He seemed absolutely fine; he's a little thinner, and he's had gray hair for a long time, [but] he looked fine," Martha says. "He was at the [Hole in the Wall Camp] benefit, and I hadn't seen him in a while and I was so happy to see him and he said he was just back from his racing team in Indianapolis. Can you imagine? He's 83 years old and he's still racing and interested in his cars." Stewart posted a photograph of Newman on her Web site that raised concerns about the actor's health and there were reports in the media that alleged that he was battling cancer. "The Insider" has obtained new court papers related to Britney Spears conservatorship. Britney's father, James P. Spears, who was appointed to be co-conservator of her estate along with lawyer Andrew Wallet, filed a declaration detailing the time he spent on helping his daughter between February 1 and March 3, 2008. The declaration was made in support of a petition asking the court to award him replacement compensation. In the papers, Jamie notes that he spent a significant portion of his time attending to Britney, buying groceries, talking with her, managing her business affairs, and spending time with her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, related to the care of his two grandsons.
