Just in: New interviews from Howie Mandel and Judge Judy, who were both on the set of their successful shows --  "Deal or No Deal" "Judge Judy," respectively -- when a 5.4 earthquake shook southern California on Tuesday. "Yesterday was a really good eye opener for me," the famous judge tells "The Insider." "We're going to make arrangements so that we're ready in the event of another or one that's even worse."
