There's been a restraining order against Lutfi in place since February 1 and he cannot come within 250 yards of his former meal ticket or any of her homes. The court order is set to expire today (July 31) and Britney is hoping Lutfi will go away quietly so that she won't have to have it re-instated.

He also wrote, "If Mr. Lutfi makes any future attempt to contact Britney after the temporary conservatorship has concluded, Britney has made clear she will take all appropriate legal action." The Associated Press reported late Wednesday night that they received a phone call from Lutfi and he stated that "Mr.Lutfi and Mr. Spears have mutually agreed in private that no hearing or order is necessary at this time." A hearing on Thursday will address Jamie's ongoing conservatorship of Britney.
