Foxy Brown has responded to the lawsuit filed by book publisher Simon and Schuster for not finishing her memoir, saying they're the one who halted the project.The rapper, whose real name is Inga Marchand, was recently sued by the publishing company to recover the $75,000 advance deposit they gave her in 2004 to write her autobiography Broken Silence.
