Just in: Hours after being rushed to the emergency room, Amy Winehouse has been released from London's University College hospital, says the Associated Press. The "Rehab" singer's spokesman tells the AP that Winehouse was discharged after staying overnight under the observation of doctors. She'd suffered a "reaction to medication" but is in better health now, he adds. "She's fine, she just mixed up her medication," says her father Mitch, according to London's Daily Mail. The singer was also hospitalized last month after she fainted at her home. Her father later revealed that she has emphysema.

New Photo: Amy Winehouse is loaded into an ambulance as her father, Mitch Winehouse, looks on. Amy was rushed to a London hospital emergency room today after suffering "a reaction to medication," her spokesperson reportedly told BBC News. According to spokesperson Chris Goodman, an ambulance took the 24-year-old singer from her home in north London home to University College Hospital late Monday night after the ambulance service received a reported call of "an adult female taken unwell." Winehouse will reportedly be kept under observation overnight and is likely to be released from the hospital tomorrow. Shia LaBeouf's mystery passenger in this weekend's truck accident has been revealed to be his 'Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen' co-star Isabel Lucas according to Usmagazine.com.   The 23-year-old Aussie siren was reportedly in the passenger seat when Shia's truck was struck by another car in Hollywood in the early hours of Sunday morning. Lucas and the other other driver were treated for minor injuries at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A., while Shia underwent surgery on his hand. The 'Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull' star was also arrested on suspicion of DUI, according to a Los Angeles County Sheriff's spokesman. In addition to the Australian TV series "Home and Away," Lucas' other credits include the upcoming vampire flick 'Daybreakers' opposite Ethan Hawke and the upcoming WWII miniseries "The Pacific." The 'Transformers' star was busted early Sunday morning on suspicion of drunk driving, following a car accident in Hollywood that injured the actor and two others, according to a Los Angeles County Sheriff's spokesman. He was issued a misdemeanor citation and released to a nearby hospital for treatment.   We were at the scene of the crash at Fountain and La Brea Avenues in L.A., and also at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where Shia underwent surgery on his hand right after the accident.
