"The Insider"'s own Pat O'Brien has received a statement from Jon Voight expressing his excitement about the birth of twins to his daughter, Angelina Jolie "I am deeply happy. I'm over the moon, Pat. It's magnificent. In this world, all we can hope for is that mommy and the kids are healthy. I'm very excited and thanks for letting me send my love to them."  Voight, currently involved in shooting the TV series "24," said he would be thrilled to see the newborns. "If I were called today, I'd be there."
