Evangelist singer TAMMY FAYE MESSNER is set to be immortalised in an upcoming biopic.Dallas star Charlene Tilton has been cast to play the singer.The actress says, "Tammy gave me the rights to her story, and said, `Charlene, no one can play me like you can.’ "I promised her I would see the project through."
