"The Insider" has the latest... Tatum O'Neal has pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in connection with her arrest last month for alleged drug possession. Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Elisa Koenderman ordered O'Neal to spend two half-day sessions in a drug treatment program and pay a $95 fee. If she complies, she will get a conditional discharge and the conviction will be erased if she stays out of trouble for one year.  The Oscar-winning actress, daughter of actor Ryan O'Neal, was arrested June 1 on suspicion of buying cocaine on a Manhattan street. She was the youngest person ever to win an Academy Award for 'Paper Moon' in 1973 at age 10.  O'Neal has struggled with drugs in the past but said in an interview shortly after her arrest that she had recently been sober. "Just when I was about to change that and wreck my life, the cops came and saved me."

"He's kind of an anti-superhero; very different from the superheroes that we grew up with," Will tells "The Insider" about his offbeat, alcohol swilling, grouchy good guy. In 'Hancock,' Will plays a cranky, disillusioned superhero who is pretty much a lost cause. When he pushes PR exec Jason Bateman's stalled car out of the way of a speeding locomotive, Jason decides to rework Hancock's tarnished image, despite the protests of onscreen wife Charlize Theron. But when Hancock puts the moves on Charlize, that's when the comedic "hijinks" truly begin. According to Will, being part of a love triangle with Charlize was the fun part. The high-flying stunts, however, were not so amusing. "[Director Peter Berg] goes for the real authentic vibe; he wanted flying rigs so he could actually have me up in the air," explains Will. "It was a little scary. So they take me up 50 feet in the air, because Hancock would do all these hard landings." And maybe even scarier than the stunts is the competition in the Pinkett-Smith household, as Will's young daughter Willow also has a movie coming out today -- 'Kit Kittredge: All American Girl.' "Her movie's opening, like, directly against mine," Will says. "I just made it very clear that I loved her, but I was going to have to do the 'daggone' thing to her at the box office!" At stake are the custody, visitation rights and child support of the couple's two young children, Sailor, 9, and Jack, 12. Jack, who was adopted by Cook, is Brinkley's son from her previous marriage to Richard Taubman. The couple reportedly drew up a prenuptial agreement, so money will not be the main focus of the trial. Former supermodel Brinkley filed for divorce from architect Cook after a decade of marriage upon learning that he was having an alleged affair with his then-18-year-old assistant, Diana Bianchi, in the summer of 2006. The New York Post reported this week that Bianchi was spotted at a chic eatery in the Hamptons with her lawyer, presumably to prepare for her turn on the witness stand. The Post previously reported that Cook had arranged to pay $300,000 to the now-21-year-old in exchange for her silence, and she is still receiving installments. Bianchi has reportedly said that she will testify if called upon. Nadine Bauer, a spokesperson for the Lenval Hospital in Nice, France, says Jolie's admittance to the hospital's maternity wing had been planned for some time. In a subsequent statement, Bauer added that the actress is under the supervision of Dr. Michael Sussman, and that Sussman, as her obstetrician/gynecologist, is, according to the spokesperson, "the only hospital official authorized to provide any further medical information and will do so as such information becomes available."
