Billie Piper doesn't believe in making New Year's resolutions. The stunning 'Doctor Who' actress - who married actor Laurence Fox on New Year's Eve - refuses to set herself goals for 2008, because she is never able to keep them. She said: "I'm absolutely not going to make a resolution. January is the worst possible month to give up everything."
