What this means, specifically, is that Mr. Spears has authority to "prosecute any civil harassment restraining orders." And according to court rep Allan Parachini, "There was a civil harassment restraining order issued against Sam Lutfi, but the specifics of that order are unknown."
Michelle Williams has broken her silence following the death of Heath Ledger saying in a statement, "My heart is broken."
