The actor and his girlfriend Ryan Shawhughes ? who cared for Ethan's two children with ex-wife Uma Thurman ? have revealed they are "thrilled" with the happy news. Mara Buxbaum, the "Training Day" actor's representative, said: "I can confirm and they are thrilled. No further details will be made available."
Ethan, 37, reportedly began secretly dating Ryan a year after he split from Uma in 2004.
Ryan reportedly contacted Ethan in 2005 to confess her feelings for him, and since they were reunited, the pair have regularly been seen in New York together.
