Kate Beckinsale walked away from the 'Underworld' series but now says she wants to do more action films and she's interested in the Catwoman role in the new 'Batman' movie. She told MTV.com that if given the chance to play Catwoman, she would jump at it: "Absolutely, that would be awesome. I'd love to do that."

"One of the things I've done wrong with my career is not have a massive game plan for it. I was very surprised to ever find myself even considered for an action movie," she says of 'Underworld,' which was directed by her husband, Len Wiseman.
