A lawsuit filed against HANCOCK director Peter Berg alleging he played a part in the death of a golf cart driver has been dropped.Berg was a passenger in a sport utility vehicle - which his assistant was driving - when the car struck the cart driven by 25-year-old Nick Papac in Arizona in August 2006.The
