Another big name from the world of music is set to perform on "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest " Will.i.am will help ring in 2009 by singing "It's A New Day," says the Associated Press. The Black Eyed Peas singer says his song was inspired by Barack Obama's groundbreaking presidential-election win. Joining Will.i.am on Clark and Seacrest's TV special are the Jonas Brothers, Taylor Swift and Lionel Richie.
