He joined with international agency Oxfam to raise awareness about the ongoing humanitarian crisis in the area, where the organization is providing water and sanitation to tens of thousands of people living in refugee camps.

The late Heath Ledger has been nominated for a Golden Globe award posthumously for his role as the Joker in "The Dark Knight." He will win, and possibly win a Best Supporting Oscar statue as well. Otherwise, 'The Dark Knight,' the year's biggest hit, was snubbed in all other categories at the Globes.

"Heath was a friend of mine. He gave his all in that film. I think he will win in that category. He'll also get an Oscar," said Terrence Howard, about his co-star's nomination for "The Dark Knight."
