The suspect charged in connection with the death of Mark Ruffalo brother has been released without charge. Shaha Mishaal Adham was cleared of any wrongdoing in the shooting of Scott Ruffalo, after reportedly producing evidence to prove she was not responsible for his injuries.

Her attorney, Ronald Richards, says he presented evidence during a five-hour meeting Tuesday to prove his client had not killed her friend, though she was present when he died after visiting his home to retrieve her car keys.
