After she and her beau Joel Madden of Good Charlotte welcomed daughter Harlow nearly one year ago, Nicole Richie tells USA Today how life has changed since becoming a mother.   "Obviously, the birth of my daughter is the best thing ever," Nicole tells the paper. "Just in general, it's been a really great year for me. Everything's just kind of coming together. All of my dreams are becoming a reality."
