Mark Ruffalo’s family opens up to "The Insider" with a statement about Scott Ruffalo’s death. “Mark Ruffalo and his family deeply appreciate the outpouring of prayers and support during this most difficult time of the passing of Scott Ruffalo, beloved son, brother and husband. The funeral service will be private,” a family rep says. Scott, 39, died late Monday night at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. one week after he was shot in the head. As of Tuesday, one person of interest remained in custody on a no-bail arrest warrant in relation to the ongoing investigation.
