Actress Alyssa Milano has filed for a restraining order against an alleged stalker after he reportedly tried to break into her home on two occasions.The Charmed star filed the petition in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday (05Dec08) claiming Jeff Turner, 54, has made frequent attempts to contact her over a two year period, including
