Actress Kirsten Dunst has been granted a restraining order against an intruder who was found on her estate last month (19Nov08).Dunst wasn’t at home when the trespasser, Christopher Smith, was apprehended and escorted off the property.The star maintains Smith has trespassed on her land before.In court documents Dunst states, "Mr. Smith has repeatedly shown up
