It's the beginning of a Full House for actress Jodie Sweetin The former "Full House" child-star gave birth to a baby girl Saturday, and named her Zoie.Sweetin, 26, delivered the baby via C-section and little Zoie weighed in at 8 pounds 7 ounces. A rep for the actress said Sweetin and her husband are thrilled and in love with the baby.
