50 Cent Sued By Son's Mother For Trying To Evict Them

50 Cent son's mom is suing him for attempting to evict them. Shaniqua Tompkins claims the rapper is trying to kick her and their 10-year-old son Marquis from their Long Island home in New York.According to the court papers filed in Manhattan, the woman accuses the 32-year-old rapper, whose real name is Curtis James Jackson III, of breach of contract. Tompkins says 50 Cent had promised to buy her and Marquis a $2.4 million house. He had put the house under his name.
