Actor Joe Pesci is to be sued by a private investigator for breach of contract.A lawsuit was filed against Pesci on Tuesday (25Sep07) at Los Angeles County Superior Court by private investigator John Perry.In legal papers obtained by TMZ.com, Perry claims he was hired by Pesci "to perform private investigative, bodyguard, security and property surveillance
